Our small group classes will see you re-creating some of our local hawker favourites, with personalised instruction from our friendly instructor. The hands-on lesson will also give you the confidence to replicate it again and again for your family.
You will learn how to prepare these dishes and we will also explain the recipe to you . We also share tips on meal & budget planning, substitute ingredients and presentation tips to make your food, not only taste good, but look good too.
